Kurgo Cargo Cape Reviews

Cargo Area Protection

Reviewed By David B (Simpsonville, SC) Reviewed for a 2011 GMC Terrain —12/1/2011 9:29 AM

Had previously purchased a WeatherTech cargo liner but wasn't overly thrilled with it. The rear edge was a tad high for my two labs and their hair would get underneath the liner; especially on the sides. The Kurgo Cargo Cape was a very easy install and I like the fact that it also covers the back of the rear seats and has a zipper in case you need/want to fold one of the seats down. It slides a little towards the rear sometimes when the dogs exit my Terrain, but I also haven't tried to secure it totally with the included velcro strips. Seems to be a good product for the price and I would recommend it to protect your cargo area; especially if you have pets that ride back there.

Good Protection

We wanted to protect the back of our new vehicle and the backs of the seats while still being able to put them up and down. They fit fairly well. We look forward to using them.

Works great but...

Reviewed By Marith R (Golden, CO) Reviewed for a 2016 Subaru Outback —10/19/2017 2:24 PM

I used this to keep my two largish dogs supported on a long camping trip. The space underneath was stuffed with gear so no worries about collapsing under their combined 130-pound weight, but I'd be concerned if that space was not filled up because the bridge between front seatback and back seat only overlaps by about 2 inches. It did NOT keep my needy girl from trying to wedge herself into the front seat, but we did compromise on having her head poking forward.
