We have only had the barrier for a short time. So far it is doing the job very well.

Purchased for my 2006 CRV. Spend a great deal of time at the beach. Keeps sand and wet items (surf, dive, camping, etc, gear) from getting onto vehicle's factory carpet liner. Very easy to remove and clean. A bit pricey, but worth it...you get what you pay for. Negative: If you fold the rear seats forward to give more room for cargo, the liner does NOT cover this extra area of floor space. CRV owners will understand this. There is a gap between rear floor liners and cargo liner. Wish WeatherTech could come up with a piece to fill this gap, as I fold back the rear seats and use this space a great deal.

This cover is very easy to put on and take off. It is made of a heavy quilted material and backed with a non slip material. The tan color doesn't match perfectly the ivory fabric of my Honda CRV, but that doesn't concern me. It is a very nice cover, but I haven't had a need to launder it yet, and that will be the real test. I bought this cover for my dogs and baby on the way. I've had adult friends ride in the back sitting on the cover and they said it was comfortable.
