Very well made... Held two boards extremely tight. Excess strap even tucks away out of sight for a clean look. Great job Thule!

Easy to install with quick connect clamps in less than 15 minutes. Gave it 4 starts only as Thule still hasn't addressed the banging noise of inner pivoting hinges against box walls when car accelerates or goes over speed bumps. The solution to eliminate this annoying noise, one has to put some padding in areas where pivoting hinges bang against walls. A must on all Thule boxes.

Box is light weight and easy to install onto the cross bar. It may take a little jiggle to close and lock the box if you are trying to stuff beyond its height limit. The interior locking mechanisms need to be free from stuff around them so it will lock more smoothly. But overall, it is a good box once you get the hang of it. Only wish the box could be just a little stiffer structurally which is the reason for the 4 star. Would recommend to friends.
