I used it on a trailer hitch rack and laughed all the way to Florida seeing all those people with their luggage on top of their cars. I'm sure my milage was much better then theirs. We also went through some very heavy rains and everything stayed dry. I read other reviews where people mentioned things getting wet. I have to wonder if they made sure the flap was pulled down completely over the zipper."
