We received good help ordering by phone, it arrived on time, it was easy enough to install, and it works like a charm.

I recently purchased a 2010 Jeep Wrangler and already had an 18' Hobie Tandem Mirage and a Rhino-Rack T-Loader. I purchased a Curt front hitch, another Rhino-Rack T-Loader and a Rhino-Rack Vortex SG Roof Rack. The distance between each T-Loader is 14', leaving 2 feet overhand on each side. The Vortex Roof Rack is centered in the middle of the Hobie. With this setup, I can load and/or unload from the front or the rear of the Jeep, depending on parking conditions.

The assembly instructions are frustrating. One sheet has extremely general instructions, and the other sheet has the specific distances and rack arrangement for your make and model of car, which you have to reference while using the instructions. The distances for my car were incorrect and I could not get the locking covers for the rack legs to fit back on. However, once the rack was securely attached, it performed extremely well and overall I am very pleased with this purchase.
