"I THINK THE THULE CARRIER IS GREAT FOR MY 07-H3. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO FIND AN AFFORDABLE CARRIER ON LINE AND IMPOSIBLE TO FIND ONE FOR LESS THAN $500.00 IN A LOCAL STORE. MANY WEB SITES HAD THE CARRIER WITH A $150.00 DELIVERY CHARGE. AUTO ANYTHING HAD MY CARRIER AT A FAIR PRICE AND A PHENOMINAL DELIVERY CHARGE. I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT YOU!"

Great Hard Carrier

"Bought this carrier specifically for a trip to the OBX. Delivered within 5 days of order (Sat-Wed) and easy to install. Light, but extremely sturdy and roomy. Held three suitcases, two boogie boards, a small cooler, numerous paper products and 8 full size towels with more room to spare. Everything on the way up and back completely dry with no rattling and very minimal wind noise. Highly recommend."

Thule Excursion

"We received our Thule Excursion in a timely manner. The only downside was having to wait around for a 4 hour time period for the delivery people to make the delivery. I was able to install the carrier by myself in about one hour. We are pleased with the product and can't wait to take it on a trip!"

"I am certain that given the challenge of developing a easier installation system for the carrier, someone at Thule could improve the design of the cargo rack/carrier attachment. It scratches the car top, leaves wear scars in the rack and is poorly designed overall. Thanks for asking."

"The Thule Excursion is just what I need for extra cargo space. AutoAnything had the best price I found, and shipping was quick. I don't know what you get for the higher priced models, but for the basic cargo space this does just fine. Easy to mount on my factory rack, too."

"Just the right amount of space for our needs. Aerodynamics were very good - it was quieter with the carrier installed than without. Only complaint: the brackets were a little clumsy to assemble."

"Purchased the Mountaineer model. Packed it full of stuff for a major family road trip. Drove through major rainstorms-everything remained dry. Didn't notice it full on top of my Suburban, even at speeds of 85 mph+ - not a peep. Easy to install and remove once you are used to it. It arrived as promised-on time! I would highly recommend the Thule Mountaineer for added space!"

"We were 4 women with golf clubs and luggage planning a golf vacation for 8 days - I knew all the luggage and clubs would not fit in my SUV - The Thule Excursion was great. Went through some very heavy rain on the trip and all the contents stayed dry and secure - it's very easy to mount on the roof - I'm a lady of average strength and set it up all by myself - my only helper was a step stool. Initially I had bought a cheap carrier from a retail chain store and returned it - then ordered the Thule Excursion from AutoAnything. AutoAnything provided prompt service and the staff was extremely helpful."

Excursion

"I put the Excursion on our new Kia Sorento and it is the perfect size and was very easy to install. Kept the road dust out and didn't even notice it on top of the vehicle. Only thing would change is the plastic knobs inside to tighten the brackets onto the rack are threaded plastic rather the the kind of knobs where a nut slides into it to keep it from stripping so easily. That'll be my next change (easy to find at any hardware store) but other than that, great product!"

"The Thule Time Travel Cargo Carrier was a great purchase. Installation was quick and easy, and there is little to now cabin noise. The only real down side is the drain on the fuel economy."

Perfect solution

"I first was surprised of how fast it was delivered after purchased from autoanything.com. It was delivered by a freight company, not by UPS as you might think. The carrier fit perfectly on a Jeep Commander. I took a couple of times for a hwy ride at speeds of about 80MPH. No extra wind noise or wind resistance noted. Cargo space is really good at 13 Cubic FT. I was able to put it on by myself, installation took about 10 minutes. Highly recommended! P.S. I purchased the "expedition" model."
