"Fast shipping, I went to Phoenix for 10 days with 4 adults and a baby, easy to assemble and install, fit more luggage in than I thougt. Fits well on a Vibe and gave us the extra room we needed. I needed to take the Antenna off but radio still worked great. Works great on compact cars."

"Perfect Purchase. We just got back from a 10 day trip from NC to Washington DC (unloaded and stayed 3 days, then loaded again)... then to Rehoboth Beach De (unloaded and stayed 7 days, then loaded again),,,then returned to NC. Rained going up and rained coming back. Also had periods of time where we thought the car would be blown off the road. Our stuff stayed in the box on the roof...and dry!
No regrets! Great trip!"

"We haven't used it yet, but have fitted and installed in place for use. Attaching to the vehicle was easy. Had a slight problem with one of the hinges, it slipped out of the ball and socket hinge."

"Leaving our apartment in Chicago was a bummer and packing was not fun BUT...thanks to our Thule Sidekick Roof Cargo Box we were cruisin'. "We just used our new carrier. We went on an 8 and half hour trip, through rain. It kept everything safe and dry. It helped us take on of the baby items we now need! I wish it were bigger though...still need more room!"

"Once a year we travel to the Adirondaks to a canoe race and we need to take a lot of equipment and four people in our Subaru Outback. Since this is a once a year trip, I was looking for something that was inexpensive but also functional to help with storage. The Sidekick was just the thing. We did have to drill a set of extra holes in order to make it fit our rack spacing, but that was not too difficult. We could fit a canoe and the Sidekick on our rack and were pleased with all the extra cargo space we had. While putting it together we did make the comment that it seemed rather flimsy, but once it was attached and loaded, it performed very well."
