My husband added some wires to extend the length of the cross straps. Our canoe is 41" wide. Extension straps should be available, like for seat belts, or just make longer straps for everyone.

This seems to be a good kayak rack. Have only used it a few times, but it is easy and holds tight, which is very important.

I've only used the rack to haul 2 SUPs once so far. It seems to work really well. The installation takes a little time, but seems to hold the boards very securely. There are 3 incredibly small things that I think need to be improved upon before this rack is perfect. 1. The pads that come with it are move around on my factory rack. 2. The bolt used to secure the rack to the factory rack should be like the Inno ski/snowboard rack 3. The rubber tape designed to stick in between the 2 racks could be better. Other than that, this thing seems really solid.

Very easy installation and use. Easy to remove from the base rack if you choose to do so. Loading and unloading one or two kayaks is very simple and straightforward. Quality apppears very high. INNO does not have the name recognition as some of its big competitors but it's product have great value for their price. Would highly recommend an INNO product to anyone. Using product on both a Mazda 5 and Honda CRV
