Thule Canoe Carrier Customer Reviews

Gets the job done

Ok system. Made of cheap plastic. Think you would get more for tge money. Strapping system is overly complicated. Much easier to just use two ratchet straps. The system does hold the canoe stabile but makes it slightly hard to load.

I already had a thule roof rack with square tubes on my leer cap, and this kit worked perfectly on it! I couldn't be happier with my purchase, the canoe goes on and comes off in about five mins! It holds the canoe very well, no shifting what so ever.

It's easy to install and provides a very stable and secure attachment using the Thule cross bars.

I am very impressed with the Thule Canoe Carrier for the most part. I would have rated it as excellent however the adjustable slide for the Inno Rack System are extremely difficult to get on the rack system as they are simply to tight. The only way I was able to get them on was by swabbing dishwashing liquid on the rack corss bars and then prying the adjustable carriers open to get them on. Once the adjustable carriers are on they seem to settle in but the process should be far easier than this.
