I have had my rack on my 96 Jeep Cherokee for a while and absolutly love it. It was very easy to put together and the install is simple. I do recomend having a second pair of hands to get it up on the roof. I keep my toll box with my recovery gear and my spare tire up on it. I would highly recomend it to my friends.

Overall I thought it was a good unit until I realized that the end caps for the mounting rails were missing I E-mailed the manufacturer two days ago about the problem and have not got a repley

I assembled the rack in less than 30 minutes, and installed it on top of my 2000 jeep xj in less than 15 minutes! Looks great, used it the first day i had it. Actually covers 3/4 of the roof on a xj and fits very well with the brackets that bolt right to the factory roof rack rails. I heard people having to drill and "customize" their rack to fit? NO fit perfect they probably didnt put it together right haha awesome rack for the money!

This is a great rack for the price. THe only knock I have is that the spare tire carrier causes the cross member and the slats to bow slightly - they should have made the members out of slighlty thicker material. I may order extra crossmembers to be safe. However, for the price, and for the weight (steel is so much heavier) it is a great rack

Shipped quick. Very Easy to install. Looks great on rig. Extremely great product for the price!!! I would definetly suggest to a friend. I did plenty of research on safari racks and Autoanything had best value on the web!!!

I purchased this rack for a 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It came with appropriate mounting brackets and cross bars to use with the factory roof rails. Assembly was straightforward (I recommend lock tight) and the final product was quite solid. Installation was likewise simple, and the end result feels very sturdy. I tested it out by hauling a 300 lb tool chest home from the store. The rack did great for saying I grossly exceeded it's weight limit. I have no regrets about buying this rack from autoanywhere. The rack should do great for hauling 'normal' loads off road.
