I like the rack and the price. The only problem was the end caps for the bars. The width of the Jeep does not allow you to put the rubber end caps on the bars. I am going to have to find some internal style caps that will fit the bars.

Just installed my INNO Racks onto my 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander SE. Shipping was fairly quick (ordered on a Wednesday, received on Monday) The ease of installation was very surprising. The bases sit nice and secure to my factory side rails. They look really nice as well. One con about the rack are that they are noisy! I'm gonna have to get the wind fairing for another $75 and hopefully that takes care of the noise. Compared to the $375 that Mitsubishi wanted for their roof racks, its a deal.

I was able to install the roof rack by myself in about 20 minutes. I have noticed the whistling sound from thje rack and I will be ordering the wind fairing to take care of that small problem. The rack itself and the lock look to be of very good quality.

I love my Inno racks on my 05 Jeep Liberty. They were easy to install, look great and hold all the stuff I need. I've already hauled a couple 10' 4x4's, 4 2X4s and a bunch of fencing. One suggestion I'd have for Inno is to make some rubber strips for the tops of the rack. That way I don't rub off the black anodizing. Excellent rack.

Speedy delivery, very competitive pricing, easy to install, low profile, looks good, an overall excellent experience. Dave. PS: this is not my first roof rack, I've had three Thules prior to buying the Inno.

I like the rack very much. How easy is it to get replacement parts? If a screw backs out and falls off while in transit, can it be replaced? Regarding the hinge on the fold up piece. The locking mechanism looks as if it could be stronger. Otherwise, it was fairly easy to install and I like its appearance.
