This thing is amazing. Its Very Secure and easy to put together on my thule exporter rack on my pickup. No I wont scratch the bottom of my kayak trying to put it on the rack. I like that it has space for the lock. but it did not come with the locks but luckily I had some left over from my truck rack. One thing I don't like is that there is only 2 screws per holding this thing to the rack. I used stainless steel zip ties to secure stronger. Over awesome product!!!

This thing is a marvel of engineering. Thule saw a need and filled the void. I am 5'7 and my Tundra is 7 feet high. I own two 40lbs Malibu Kayaks Stealth 9's. Before the Hullavator, I had to open the doors to step up to place the kayaks on the rack. I nearly killed myself on several occasions. Now, I just drop the Hullavators, place the kayaks on that and up they go! No more issues! They are extremely easy to use and can be mounted on Yakima round racks! I am extremely happy with my purchase!

My husband and I have 2 hullavators and have had them for about 5 years and are very happy with them. They can easily be used by one person and require little maintenance.

I absolutely love this thing, I could have never gotten my kayak up on my roof without it, only throw back is it should be made to fit more factory racks although my brother made it work with my roof rack

The Hullavator has made all the difference in being able to paddle anytime, anywhere. Especially for my 14 footer. I am able to lift and go on my own in less than 15 minutes with very little exertion and never worry about damage to kayak or car. Only negative is the rattling when empty and the annoying whistling the rack makes when loaded.

Easy to install just make sure you buy load bars that are 6 inches longer on both sides of vehicle. This is the only way To. Go if you are a kayaker. Well engineers , it like having bionic arms when lifting kayak on truck.
