I researched roof racks and finally landed on this one. It was well worth the cost in comparison to the other brands. I'd purchase this one again.

tThe bolts are to long on the base of the racks. I cannot secure the rack frame tightly because the bolts are making contact with the suv,s body.I will have to dissasembl;e the whole unit and either grind down the bolts or try to find some shorter stainless bolts at the hardware store with the right thread size. THE RACK Also MAKES A WHISTLING NOISE AT SPEEDS OVER 40 MILES AN HOUR.

Good lookin rack, real easy install, cept it was a bit tedious to get the bolt to thread into the nut; one of my bolts had a bent thread near the tip, just cranked it straight again. Excellent price and some real fast shipping from AutoAnything aye yo! Only carries 110lbs though, which I can't really complain because that's the stock weight limit of my lancer anyways. Either way, good rack.

The cost of the ROLA is far less than competitive products. The installation was relatively painless. I did find it was best to lubricate the installation bolts and screw them in by themselves before using them to secure the bars. The screws have recessed star openings and it's hard to apply torque when actually fastening the rails. If you screw them in by themselves you can apply enough force to clean the threads and lubricate them so that when you install the rails it won't take as much force.
