It has excellent size. Very simple to put together. It is very light and easy to handle. I think it will do the job very well but seems a little flimsy.

I considered an awning for at least a couple of years and kept putting off the purchase. I wish I had not held off getting one for so long. It is a great upgrade from our 6' beach umbrella. I use this on the beach at Cape Hatteras and was concerned that the persistent wind would be an issue. While it is helpful to have a second pair of hands when deploying or storing in the wind, the guyed awning does a great job of standing up to 15 MPH wind with gusts to 18 MPH.

The directions were not the easiest to follow, but the rack showed up in a timely matter and was very easy to install. However, I also purchased the INNO kayak attachment which said it would work with its systems. It does not work well. It was nearly impossible to attach instead of the standard bar system. It also came with a "free" ferring, which only works with the bar system as well and not this one. On the plus side, I didn't hear any additional noise when driving down the highway.
