INNO Base Rack System Reviews

Best customer service

I was a little confused by the shipping of this product -- it came in 4 boxes over two shipments and the installation instructions weren't for my type of car. So I wasn't sure I got the right stuff. I had some trouble installing it and thought I got the wrong stuff. To make a long story short, I ended up talking to Alex, a VP of INNO, who just happened to live a few miles away from me. He brought the correct parts and helped me install it -- that night. On top of it all, I actually was shipped the right stuff, I just couldn't figure out how to install it. He was very accommodating and very helpful. And because of this great service, I've recently bought their locking surfboard rack. Unfortunately, I bought it from Amazon and didn't get the quick delivery that I got from AutoAnything.

Thule 682 Sidekick Roof Cargo Box Reviews

You'll need four hands.

I consider myself a handy guy. I've assembled IKEA bunk beds, hung blinds, built stairs, cabinets. The Sidekick looked like a piece of cake. However, the instructions are in need of another go-round. Make the pictures bigger, Thule!! Also, to assemble the top piece to the bottom piece you really do need another person to help line up the hinges with the attaching hardware. That or turn yourself into The Rubber Band Man. Once the Sidekick is put together things get a tad easier.

Rhino-Rack T-Loader Hitch Mount Kayak & Canoe Carrier Reviews

The tilting of the Rhino-Rack T-Loader is its greatest feature!!

Reviewed By David V (LAKE HAVASU CITY, AZ) Reviewed for a 2010 Jeep Wrangler —8/29/2015 9:02 AM

I recently purchased a 2010 Jeep Wrangler and already had an 18' Hobie Tandem Mirage and a Rhino-Rack T-Loader. I purchased a Curt front hitch, another Rhino-Rack T-Loader and a Rhino-Rack Vortex SG Roof Rack. The distance between each T-Loader is 14', leaving 2 feet overhand on each side. The Vortex Roof Rack is centered in the middle of the Hobie. With this setup, I can load and/or unload from the front or the rear of the Jeep, depending on parking conditions.
