We used this luggage rack for the first time to attend the International Thunderbird Convention in Fort Wayne. It was easy to install, sturdy, and good looking. The only problem we noticed is the center bracket scratches the paint on the trunk lid when it is opened.

Looks great and not a burden at all of doing the installation of spare carrier. My tire is general grabber 30 inches on 15 inches rim cheers. Overall, go get this spare tire carrier by surco because it saves u spae problem on big offroad tire. Ask me questions and glad to reply back to you.

I didnt want to buy a hitch cargo carrier that I had to put tomgether with a ton of bolts. The idea of rattling on the highway and the chance of a bolt turning loose was something I did not want to think about. This unit which has an option to buy in 1 piece is great for the money. All I had to do was put one bolt in and I was ready to rock and roll. I bought the folding adapater as well and it works great. This thing is seriously huge, it will fit whatever you need.
