Great going forward, just don't back up!

Have used this for years with friends on bicycle trips. Bought one for my husband's new truck with all of it's gadgets! He likes it, but he can't use his backup camera, which is a big deal to him. He likes his gadgets! Going forward, will be using me to back up (horrors!).

Thule SUP Taxi Paddleboard Rack Reviews

Works well, but a little small for my boards.

Reviewed By Kristin C (DANVILLE, NH) Reviewed for a 2016 Ford Explorer —7/13/2016 8:56 AM

Despite the fact that my paddle boards are quite possibly the largest on the market (as I chose to buy the same type of boards that the local surf shop uses as its rentals), and a little too big for the rack, the rack still did its job. I bought the SUP Brah for highway travel to be safe, and traveled from southern NH to Cape Cod with traffic (over 65 mph) and had absolutely NO issues.

Easy to install; Easy to load and lock boards

Reviewed By Peter S (Pensacola, FL) Reviewed for a 2006 Honda Element —5/11/2017 8:47 AM

Great rack for someone who is D-ring challenged like myself. I don't know how I get so confused trying to tighten straps, but I wouldn't risk my board on my strap-securing ability. The rack attached to my stock Honda Element roof racks quickly and easily, and securing the board up top is a breeze. Drawbacks: it's a bit hard to load the board fins forward, because the straps hang over the rack and catch on the fins while I try to load up, and it can only hold two boards at a time. Otherwise, great
