Easy to put together even though the directions are pretty limited. Fits my Excursion great and looks good. Nice and sturdy rack with no noticeable wind noise.

install is little bit involved so keep few hours for that. Distance between cross bars is very important and it varies by person. You should be comfortable able to pull the clips on arms and move kayak up at the same time. If you have tandem kayak, it might get tricky to manage the distance between arms because you want to tie the kayak where you have hull (not seating). All in all i really like the kayak, they should have included the locks for the price they charge, i highly recommend it.
