Surco Safari Roof Rack on Hummer H3

Reviewed By Roland S (San Antonio, TX) Reviewed for a 2007 Hummer H3 —4/20/2011 10:12 PM

This rack is great. You don't even have to have crossbars. You do need to have roof rail channels though. Assembly is easy but you might have to buy some slightly longer bolts to attach to your roof rails. I bought some at Home Depot for about $3. I used my rack in San Antonio's Fiesta Parade. Full of Speakers and lights.

Love it!!!!

We used the Thule to help move my son to college. It performed beautifully. Gave us the extra space we needed. We can't wait to use it for our two week trip to the Grand Canyon next year. Extra bonus is that our skis fit in the Thule so no need to purchase a ski rack. Love that!!! Also fast delivery. Perfect! ??

Thule 682 Sidekick Roof Cargo Box Reviews

You'll need four hands.

Reviewed By LJ G (New York, NY) Reviewed for a 2003 Toyota Highlander —8/30/2015 10:43 AM

I consider myself a handy guy. I've assembled IKEA bunk beds, hung blinds, built stairs, cabinets. The Sidekick looked like a piece of cake. However, the instructions are in need of another go-round. Make the pictures bigger, Thule!! Also, to assemble the top piece to the bottom piece you really do need another person to help line up the hinges with the attaching hardware. That or turn yourself into The Rubber Band Man. Once the Sidekick is put together things get a tad easier.
