Rhino-Rack Backbone Base Rack System Reviews

Great looking rack

Reviewed By James D (Stillwater, NY) Reviewed for a 2017 Jeep Wrangler —4/4/2017 1:57 PM

Glad I bought it looks and fits great took more than the 2 hrs it says ,the only issue is the front rack mount has a metal plate that bolts from the underside and it interferes with the Sirius antenna reception that's mounted under the top, have to see if I can relocate it.

The tilting of the Rhino-Rack T-Loader is its greatest feature!!

Reviewed By David V (LAKE HAVASU CITY, AZ) Reviewed for a 2010 Jeep Wrangler —8/29/2015 9:02 AM

I recently purchased a 2010 Jeep Wrangler and already had an 18' Hobie Tandem Mirage and a Rhino-Rack T-Loader. I purchased a Curt front hitch, another Rhino-Rack T-Loader and a Rhino-Rack Vortex SG Roof Rack. The distance between each T-Loader is 14', leaving 2 feet overhand on each side. The Vortex Roof Rack is centered in the middle of the Hobie. With this setup, I can load and/or unload from the front or the rear of the Jeep, depending on parking conditions.

Rhino-Rack Specialty Roof Rack Systems Reviews

Quiet / Functional / Affordable

Reviewed By Thaddeus K (CANTON, MI) Reviewed for a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee —5/2/2017 12:23 PM

I got a great deal on this cross-bar system for my Grand Cherokee (basically $150 under market price). This system is practically silent in comparison to my previous crossbars. It's hard to imagine that the higher-end $500-700 crossbars are any quieter than these. We'll see how they hold up over a few years - but so far they are awesome. I have them paired up with Yakima Jaylow cradles for my kayak.
