Excellent product

Without seeing it in person, I was a bit skeptical of ordering such a big item; however, I was pleasantly surprised. Needing something to haul luggage for Xmas, this fit our needs perfectly. I can fit about 6 large and 2 small duffel bags in the box with ease, and it never makes noise on the road. It is light and easy to move on and off the vehicle, and attaching it to the crossbars is a breeze. Closing it can be tough sometimes, but just make sure the lock pts are clear & you will be fine.

It's a MONSTER

Reviewed By Samuel C (AUGUSTA, KS) Reviewed for a 2010 Subaru Outback —1/1/2015 5:55 AM

22 cu FT of space makes this the largest cargo box. With the box moved all the way to the front, there is about 1/8" of clearance between the top brake light and the bottom of the box, when the hatch is open. Love it!! With the aerodynamics, we saw a small change in MPG driving the speed limit. When the box is at full load capacity, it will flex. You will need to help the box close fully when locking it. (especially in the front, where there is the most flex) Use the tie down straps. The load will shift during your drive. The box is rated at 110 lbs of capacity. It will handle more.
