Rhino-Rack T-Loader Hitch Mount Kayak & Canoe Carrier Reviews

Loading my Kayak onto my Mini Clubman

Reviewed By RICHARD W (MIRAMAR, FL) Reviewed for a 2012 Mini Cooper —4/9/2013 3:11 PM

I loaded my 2-man 80 lbs. kayak onto my Mini Clubman in much less time and with much less effort with the help of this Rhino-Rack T-Loader. The added (3rd) resting point for the back of the 13' kayak also provided stability and peace of mind during travel. I couldn't be more satisfied! My trailer hitch is a type II with a 1.25 opening and this product only comes with a 2" neck so I needed a converter. A little wobble will be corrected with an anti-wobble product added to the converter.

If I could use successfully use this..

Reviewed By Robert R (Laurel, DE) Reviewed for a 2002 Volkswagen Golf —12/12/2017 11:26 AM

If I could successfully use this Kayak Mount then anyone can install and use it. I followed the instructions for installing the rack and mounting attachment. Once the 58-59 lbs. 10' kayak was lifted onto the car roof and the kayak mount fine tuned. This was the first time I had installed new Inno racks and kayak mount. I had my doubts about the stability the kayak. After checking and double checking varying times the kayak position during my quick trip it was solid. I was convinced.

Simplicity at work

Reviewed By Robert G (BOULDER CITY, NV) Reviewed for a 2014 Ford F-150 —9/30/2017 8:23 AM

While it hardly seems like $100+ worth of aluminum, it does enable me to easily load and unload my fishing kayak on/from the top of my overly large F-150 by myself. Simple solutions appeal to me, and this makes a potentially awkward job quite doable.
