Check out this recent Nissan Frontier Thule Xsporter Truck Rack customer review: Glen R from Bend, OR says "This rack does a great job for what I have asked it to do so far. Just hauling a few canoes and a few misc. other things. The installation went fairly well. It took a little monkeying around to get the base mounts perfectly vertical so the cross beam supports would slide in correctly. The front cross bar must be lowered from the driver side first so the support can lay just inside of the bulge from the fuel line running by the wheel well. If this is done the cross bar will be lower than the height of the cab for non carrying usage. The rubber inserts must be placed in the cross beam slots to prevent an annoying whistle. Overall I like the craftsmanship, I like the strength, I like that I got it earlier than I thought I would and I like the cost. AutoAnything not only price matched for me but, went even lower then that price to have me want and enjoy doing business with them again. Good company good product."
