INNO Gravity Ski & Snowboard Rack Reviews

Awesome, easy-to-use rack

Reviewed By Rod G (Kent, OH) Reviewed for a 2004 BMW X5 —3/5/2015 12:57 PM

I connected this to a set of Rage cross bars. I took a couple snowboards on a ~150mi journey without any issues. It has a nice upper and lower rubber contact point to ensure it holds the snowboards without damaging them. I'm definitely glad I purchased this.

Really Good but not Great

Reviewed By Erika H (ASHEVILLE, NC) —2/12/2015 7:52 AM

It was fairly easy to install on my factory racks. Once it is tightened though it is quite difficult to "untighten" so taking it off after the season will be a bit challenging. They work great and easily fit 4 snowboards. My big beef with it is that they sit so high. Definitely not low profile. But I guess I didn't buy them for the looks. They are good quality at a great price. We travel to the slopes 2 x's a week and it's a much better ride with all the gear out of the car.

Thule Universal FlatTop Ski & Snowboard Rack Reviews

Solid Rack That Works Excellent W/Factory Crossbars

Reviewed By Seamus D (Atlanta, GA) Reviewed for a 2010 Toyota 4Runner —2/11/2015 6:34 AM

I spent a fair amount of time debating between the Thule and Yakima options as I'm tired of using the cargo area of my 4Runner for hauling my snowboards up to the mountain. Originally, I was dead set on Yakima but ultimately went with the Thule as I found out it was made in the USA, offered a superior locking mechanism and couldn't be beat in terms of install/removal time. Security of my equipment is important to me. I liked Thule's approach with two sets of locks.
