Rhino-Rack Aero Roof Rack System Reviews

Solid and Secure

Reviewed By PAUL M (Sparta, WI) Reviewed for a 1998 Toyota Camry —4/25/2012 8:20 AM

Buying a rack to carry my hang glider on my Camry, I wanted something I could trust. The Rhino-Rack is significantly cheaper than others but well designed and quite strong. My 16-foot glider rests on an aluminum ladder atop the Rhino-Rack 2500, and has now traveled hundreds of miles on the interstate without issue. Assembly is not difficult. A special hex-wrench is included, you'll need a metric tape measure and a cutting tool. I recommend test fitting the rack on your vehicle before cutting the plastic measuring strips which slide under the aero bars. Remember this saying: "measure twice, cut once!" Some wind noise is unavoidable; the little that there is quite acceptable considering you've got a strong and secure rack mounted inches above your head. I'm going to add the bike attachment next. The order processed quickly, shipping was quick, I'm pleased. 5 Stars!

Rhino-Rack Euro Square Bar Roof Rack Reviews

Sturdy Rack - Fits my car perfectly!

Reviewed By Judson S (Charlotte, NC) Reviewed for a 2006 Toyota Camry —1/4/2017 5:25 AM

These racks are great! Rhino does a great job of specifying the exact measurements and bracket kits to fit your car. Highly recommend. The square bars only start to make wind noise around 70 mph. I may consider getting the wind fairing, but once you get it all set up, you can add/remove these bars to the car in about 5 minutes. The bolts are driven by a 5mm Hex Security bit. It comes with a hex wrench, but I decided to buy my own bit so I can use my drill for quick install and removal

Yakima Roof Rack System Reviews

Complete rack system for sng top shell

Reviewed By tim b (DENVER, CO) Reviewed for a 2013 Toyota Tundra —3/14/2016 9:04 PM

Kit was very complete had all the components with the exception of the longer screws. The longer screws were due to the thickness of the shell roof. The only drawback was using Yakima's web site to know to order the application for a Jeep Wrangler. Mounting the rails were about a 6 of a 10 to install due to the measurement.
