Rightline Gear Sport 3 Car Top Carrier Reviews

Great capacity, a bit challenging to secure.

Reviewed By Rick G (Wayne, PA) Reviewed for a 2013 Toyota Venza —10/15/2015 5:47 AM

Good quality and great capacity. Our challeng was that the matching "strap hooks" by Rightline did absolutely NOT fit on our Toyota Venza. As we learned this the day of departure, we had to improvise by tying straps to the interior handles on the inside roof of the vehicle. Not ideal! The roof pad also bunched as it slid back from the front of the carrier in travel wind. We were disappointed as Rightline assures the hooks are essentially "universal" in fit, which was NOT true for our vehicle.

PackRight Cargo Saddlebag Great Travel Buy

Reviewed By Dave C (Charleston, WV) Reviewed for a 2010 Toyota Venza —7/13/2010 8:17 AM

This bag is everything they say it is. I used it on a trailer hitch rack and laughed all the way to Florida seeing all those people with their luggage on top of their cars. I'm sure my milage was much better then theirs. We also went through some very heavy rains and everything stayed dry. I read other reviews where people mentioned things getting wet. I have to wonder if they made sure the flap was pulled down completely over the zipper.

Great quality and Ease to put together

Reviewed By patrick s (CENTENNIAL, CO) Reviewed for a 2016 Toyota 4Runner —5/18/2016 3:09 AM

Came with excellent directions and was easy to put together. All screws are put together using a security hex wrench (an allen wrench that has a female dimple in it with a screw head that is hex with a male part that fits to the hex wrench) which is good for security but slightly slows the process of combining the front and back of the basket together, affixing the wind deflector then affixing the whole basket to the roof rack. But, overall, a simple process.
