Making room for extra gear on the outside and elbow room on the inside, the hitch mounted cargo carrier is the greatest thing to happen to hauling since the hitch itself. But when it rains, you're left with 3 choices: letting your gear get soaked, wrapping it in a leaky blue-tarp burrito, or keeping it dry in the Highland Rainproof Cargo Carrier Bag.
Crafted from water-resistant laminated fabric with welded seams, the Highland Cargo Bag shields your stuff from Mother Nature's worst. That includes rain, sleet, snow, hail, wind and direct sunlight. And, since it fits all standard-sized hitch-mounted cargo trays, your stuff stays dry no matter what brand tray you're towing.
Along with the weather protection, the Highland Rainproof Cargo Carrier Bag keeps your gear hidden from prying eyes and sticky fingers. Measuring 54" L x 20" W x 21" T, the carrier bag give you a cavernous 13 cubic feet of weatherproof storage. And best yet, Highland backs your Rainproof Cargo Carrier Bag with a storm-proof 90-day warranty.

We were able to have 2 large suitcases along with 3 overstuffed carryon sized bags in cargo bag with no problem. So far it seems to be the best bag to fit our hitch cargo carrier.

I purchased this bag for our family Disney trip. It is a very spacious bag and heavy duty and also protected all of our luggage from the rain.I love this bag but the only thing that I did not care for was the straps that came with it. The straps did not seem sturdy enough so I used my own ratchet tie down straps. I also wished that I had purchased the hitch cargo carrier basket for this cargo bag. It was a hassle trying to put all our luggage in the cargo bag on the roof top of our vehicle.

I needed something to put on top of my fifth wheel trailer, for carrying a blow up raft, oars and some other items.I've got 3 solar panels, plus vents on the roof. This fits just perfect.I'm traveling to the east coast,so I'll see how it holds up.
