The INNO rack was fairly easy to install. Seems very solid after back and forth adjustments to the clamps. My packaging was missing end caps for the crossbars. I submitted the problem to the customer service email address and received a response quickly that they would work on the problem. However, haven't heard any additional information about when I would received them.

I like the Rack a lot. I think it makes by CNG Civic (granny car) look a bit sportier. I have not used it to transport anything yet. But, my plan is to transport a Standup Paddle Board to the lake. thanks

I've only had the rack for a week or so. Looking to get the wind faring because of the noise. It's not too bad but kind of wish I threw down the extra $$ for the aerodynamic ones. Whatever.. this will be great!

This is the least expensive locking-rack I was able to find for my vehicle. Once I realized my car had pre-marked points for the positioning of the rack, it was a snap. The measuring tape it comes with is metric, and the directions are a little goofy, but I watched a video on YouTube and got the jist of it. Overall, great value for a great rack.

Ordered this rack for a Mazda 3 5door. The assemble was easy however the instructions are a little sketchy. The only hard part was to get the 4 legs to sit flush on the roof. They were minor adjustments that took sometime to workout. The vale is great and looks sweet. I use it to transport my SUB.
