The INNO rack was fairly easy to install. Seems very solid after back and forth adjustments to the clamps. My packaging was missing end caps for the crossbars. I submitted the problem to the customer service email address and received a response quickly that they would work on the problem. However, haven't heard any additional information about when I would received them.

I like the Rack a lot. I think it makes by CNG Civic (granny car) look a bit sportier. I have not used it to transport anything yet. But, my plan is to transport a Standup Paddle Board to the lake. thanks

I've only had the rack for a week or so. Looking to get the wind faring because of the noise. It's not too bad but kind of wish I threw down the extra $$ for the aerodynamic ones. Whatever.. this will be great!

This is the least expensive locking-rack I was able to find for my vehicle. Once I realized my car had pre-marked points for the positioning of the rack, it was a snap. The measuring tape it comes with is metric, and the directions are a little goofy, but I watched a video on YouTube and got the jist of it. Overall, great value for a great rack.

Ordered this rack for a Mazda 3 5door. The assemble was easy however the instructions are a little sketchy. The only hard part was to get the 4 legs to sit flush on the roof. They were minor adjustments that took sometime to workout. The vale is great and looks sweet. I use it to transport my SUB.

Easy to install and built for the long haul. All the parts have the feel of quality and you can't beat autoanything.com for the price. I would reccommend the wind faring if you plan to do any highway driving.

The Inno rack installs easy (in about twenty minutes), and it fit perfect with the factory mounts. It is half the money of the big name racks, and can fit many attachments. I would check Inno out before you buy a rack for much more. It shipped right away! from Auto Anything!

This is my first roof rack purchase and I absolutely love it. My only issue is that when it rained, some droplets came into my car where the rack was inserted on the driver's side. Didn't happen on the passenger side. Overall, it's great because I needed a way to get my boards up the mountain since my back seat doesn't go down.

Installing the rack is much easier with two people. Trying to measure, then tighten, then measure, them tighten is a PITA. I've been using the rack for about two weeks and it does what it's supposed to, carry snowboards. I've found it much less noisy if you turn them upside down, decreasing wind resistance on the boards. You can hear the wind against the rack when you drive but barely. Overall a solid product, would recommend.
