Yakima Big PowderHound Ski & Snowboard Rack Reviews

Works great

Reviewed By Jessie L (Mukilteo, WA) Reviewed for a 2016 Mazda CX-5 —10/24/2016 9:31 AM

Quality product, fast shipping, installed in about 30 min with all the tools included. Only "problem" is the racks pictured are all black, while the actual racks are that Yakima dark silver color on the moveable part and the base is black. If you're OK with that color scheme, you will be really happy

Worth the money! 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan

Reviewed By Amy R (New York, NY) Reviewed for a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan —10/22/2016 10:32 AM

It didn't fit, despite vehicle being listed - had to drill holes in the bottom to make the brackets fit the width top bars - but not too difficult. I have driven about 2,600 miles w/ it, through a downpour and everything survived unharmed (even with the extra holes in the bottom.) The side bars that hold up the top are NOT easy to put on and take off their bracket - and the top doesn't open very wide, so that's annoying, but it's still worth the price and it ultimately does the job!

Loved the Yakima Dry Top Roof Bag!

It was a life saver having the extra space to haul our luggage. No problems with it. A couple times we pulled over because the traps were flapping, but it never got loose.
