easy installation. everything came attached. only minor issues are that the installation picture for the lock attachment wasn't that clear (should have been a more precise diagram) and when removing the rack, the mechanism that secures the straps can be hard to pull off.

thule makes a fine product, well engineered. this works well and looks good. it folds down so i can leave it on my xterra and go in the garage. j type carriers are easier to load up the kayak, but are much more money and generally do not fold down unless you pay around $180 for them and you need two for 2 kayaks. this carries two easily and is less than half the price.

My Inno Wind Fairing was very easy to install. It was installed in under 30 minutes. It greatly reduced the noise from my kayak racks and has increased my gas mileage. I should have purchased it when I received my roof racks. Autoanything.com shipped the product in a very good time. I highly recommend them.

I bought these for a cross country trip. The racks are really nice in appearance in comparison to some of the other square models(very sporty). However the main reason i bought this model was for the aerodynamics to reduce noise while driving. These are mostly quiete 0-60mph but once you hit the interstate they make a decent amount of noise 65mph and up.It is tolerable but noticable. Other than this great product. Sturdy build, looks good, semi simple installation. Reccommended

Our bag arrived within 3 days of ordering it. We filled it full of wrapped Christmas gifts and drove from North San Diego County to Santa Fe, NM. Not one gift wrap was torn! Needless to say, we are delighted with our Thule Quest Roof Bag!

The hooks are awfully large and would not slide under the vertical bars. I had to unscrew them to slide the hooks under. This is a problem if your car does not have horizontal luggage bars. Also, we left the carrier on top of the car empty for a day(closed and zippered) and there was quite a bit of rain. When I went to put my luggage in the carrier was soaked on the inside as well as the outside.

when i opened the carton,i noticed it had obviously been opened and repackaged but all the hardware was there.great for large amounts of stuff...although it was bigger than i expected,it works great on my 03 xterra
