Decided against Thule because of price. The Yakima seems a bit flimsy, and can be hard to close if it is packed full. Also, the amount of packing space is limited due to the shape of the box. I had been told it would be noisy, but not so. For the price, I would recommend it.

Clear instructions. Easy to assemble. A little tricky to mount on my XTerra; had to reverse the mounting bracket due to the OEM equipment. During and after a 1400 mile roundtrip, everything still tight and in place. Glad to have the extra storage capability, and the rack looks great on the truck!

Came in 5 days after buying and its great! The buying process was sup easy and I got the Basket, Net, and Locks all for $350! The basket alone costed $350 on all the other sites! I will be doing business with AutoAnything again in the future along with Yakima!

Received and installed Q Tower Base Racks on 2009 Chevy Crew Cab 2500. Took most of day with all measurements to get them in position, not far enough back actually but they are where they are. Don't like the fact that they smash down weather stripping on doors leading to inordinate amount of wind noise, installed deflector, not much help but looks cool. Don't like that no load limit listed, had to call retailer to call Yakima. Wanted 3rd center bar and bases, had to order a twosome of bars, can't get just one, too tall to work with roof slope so more bucks wasted. Hard to balance tension side to side for even snap down and hard to lock.
