Not to hard to install but needs a little tweaking. Main tube feels cheap and thin. Looks good when installed but some brackets take some tweaking to fit. Didn't like having to bend ac lines out of the way of the shroud. Ok but could be better. Heat shield won't do much due to it not fitting the body lines very well. Did increase throttle response and sounds good. Overall not to bad

Excellent kit, fits well with zero issues. I installed this on an SR work truck that hauls 1000 lbs+ daily. In conjunction with cat back exhaust, I've seen fuel consumption go from 12.3 to 15.8mpg..... That adds up quick when you put 30k a year on a truck. 5 stars to the K&N 63 series
After talking to K&N’s Product Specialist, Scott Holst, at the 2012 SEMA Show, it’s easy to see why the brand has become one of the most recognizable brands in the industry.
