Quick and Easy Investment to save you money!

All I had to do was plug the Hypertech into my personal computer and downloaded the required updates for my year of truck which took about 5 minutes. Another 5 minutes out in the yard for it to upload that tune onto the truck and I was finished. Immediately noticed I had to press the gas pedal soooo little to maintain speed cruising, going up hill even while towing! This has of course resulted in better fuel mileage which I have hand calculated to about 1.5 more MPG which Makes tuner free!!

Added power and quicker throttle response. Transmission has firmer shifts and at higher rpm's. Lost almost two miles per gallon but expected that when I installed performance tune. I will try fuel economy at later date. On first attempt downloading the package a recieved error code G-00. Called superchips and they told me it was a ground code and told me what to do right away. Problem solved. When using try not to plug in too much as I believe this is what I did to cause the issue. great product

Notable Performance

Had this for about a month in my 04 Ram 2500 5.7 and could tell immediately a little extra punch on the throttle. I think I like the modified shift points the most. However, running in 87 octane mode the whole time and lost about .5mpg - I was sort of expecting a little improvement here. It does seem to idle a little smoother too.
