"Time will tell, as my puppy is just under 4 mos now and already nearly 30 pounds. So far, the semi custom seat cover seems to stay put with straps around back seat head rests. Fits OK, but protection is good. Middle seatbelt is not able to be used with it on but I can live with that.
I also purchased the side door covers too and they simply don't work for me. I haven't figured out a way to make them stay without feeling like I'm forcing the tabs in and my dog easily pulls them off."

"The cover looks great on the back seat of my BMW 540i. The tan color blends into my tan leather seat. The cover is padded a bit, making very comfy for my dog. The cover was at least or more than I expected for the price - it is well worth the money I spent. Glad I got one!"

High Quality Materials - Poor fit

"The materials in this cover are very good. They'll hold up to the wear and tear of a large dog and will be easy to maintain. The fit on a standard sedan leaves something to be desired. The cover on the (lower) seat bench fits OK. But the Velcro and pressure fit straps that secure the cover to the upper (vertical) part pf the seat easily, and repeatedly, come undone. This installation is on older Nissan Maxima that has integral headrests in the back seat. I will have to have custom securing straps sewn on the upper part of the cover to have an adequate installation."

"I am very pleased overall with these Canine Covers. They certainly are doing a great job keeping my 75 lb. dog from scratching up the seats! The only suggestion would be to make the top corners adhere better to the seat back. The attached rubber strips don't really grab onto anything. Apart from that, the covers were very easy to put on and I know they'll last a long time."

"Great material and high quality. Don't like the velcro straps though. They do stay on but they are too short. So you have to fix them once a week or so. I would prefer a better tie on system for the Cadiallac"

Not the best for the New Beetle Convertible

"I installed the semi-custom cover in my 2005 New Beetle Convertible, and it was a bit larger than the actual seat. And it is hard to secure on the sides due to the rear seat not folding down.
Also with the top down, the cover billows, so I fastened both rear seat belts over the cover to prevent it from flying off."

"This is the 2nd cover that I have purchased of this type (one for each car) and it is the best car seat cover I have purchased (and I have tried about 3 other brands). Others that I have had were difficult to put in the car or didn't fit snuggly and moved around when the dogs got in & out of the car or were just poorly made. This cover is high quality and the fit is amazing. It's also easy to install and it doesn't slide around since the no-slide grip is on the bottom portion of the cover. This is well worth the money."

"I'm not terribly impressed with the cover. I wouldn't actually call it a "custom fit". When my two Labs jump into the back seat the velcro doesn't really hold the back piece in place and the seat part doesn't fit tight enough, so it also moves when they jump in. It does however keep the seat clean and the dogs love it because it is a rough surface and they like to wipe their snouts on it. All in all I don't think it was worth the $200. price."

"I have not had the opportunity to take my dogs for a spin in the truck with the new cover yet, but hope to soon.
Only knock against the cover is that the use of rear seatbelts is not possible with no "pass-through" available on the cover."

"Cover is barely big enough. The Ford back seat is straight across while the seat cover curves in, further compromising the fit. With nothing anchoring the lower part of the cover down, my big dog can flip it up jumping into the truck. Middle seat belt is now non-functional. Almost wish I'd spent the $300 for the custom cover but that was just too much to justify."

"The cover is actually quite nice as far as looks and fit. However, the first time I used it for my two dogs it was a disaster. The back cover came down and it was all over the place. The second time I traveled with just the one dog and it seemed to stay in place better. For the money I am happy with the quality but not the results."

"This cover is very easy to put on and take off. It is made of a heavy quilted material and backed with a non slip material. The tan color doesn't match perfectly the ivory fabric of my Honda CRV, but that doesn't concern me. It is a very nice cover, but I haven't had a need to launder it yet, and that will be the real test. I bought this cover for my dogs and baby on the way. I've had adult friends ride in the back sitting on the cover and they said it was comfortable."

Cover is excellent, installation a problem

"I find the quality of the seat cover to be excellent, pretty much as represented on the web site. However, and this is a big however, installation has proved to be a problem for me. I would like to have had more detailed instructions regarding the loop straps and headrests as well as the flaps that extend over the sides. This could be accomplished on the web site as well as drawings or actual "after" photsos sent with the item."
