"Our American Eskimo can be a little excitable when left alone in the car and has, on occasion, left marks in the arm rests of the door. These covers have worked great to protect our new car and also look good in it."

"The only critique I have of this product is that there seems to be a need for a rigid frame around the outer edge. When installed on the rear doors of my '08 Tacoma double-cab, they tend to slide forward and bunch up some. But it's not bad, and they still do a great job of protecting the door cards from out curious Yorkie, Schnauzer, and Maltese!"

"I have a Lab who loves the mud and water and these do a fine job of protection of my 2010 Range Rover with white leather. Get the larger size for they cover the door better."

"I have a brand new Toyota Sienna and 3 mini schnauzers (one a puppy) who like to look out the car windows when the car is stopped. I was looking for something to protect the door panels and this is it! They slip into and out of the window track very easily and yet don't fall out. My doors are safe and I'm breathing easier. Thanks for a great product."

"Worked great in protecting the door and greater that my buddy gets to ride in the new car with no worries on my part. We both like the Door Shields very much. I was worried they'd wear quickly but I can tell now they will hold up very well for a long time making more value for the price. Very happy. The color doesn't match so well, much darker beige than car interior but the main thing is the protection. Maybe some new lighter colors some day?"

"GREAT PRODUCT.Very easy to install in my 2005 Buick Rendezvous When the windows are all the way down the sheild blows up and out in the wind, I am trying to figure a way to keep them secured a bit more tightly.They really keep the drool off the door panels and wipe down nicely. My 100lb.German Shepard likes to nuzzle under it for a nap out of the sun.Pretty funny sight."

"Easy to install and remove. They work great in a '08 4Runner. The larger size fits very well. The have a slick surface. This is easy to clean, but it is not a good surface for a dog to lean on. They would work better if they had a rougher surface."

"Fit tight and look great in our Lexus SUV but does move if window gets rolled all the way down and wind will pick it up so we added a little cloth weight to it on the bottom."

"Work great. I have an Acura TL so I ordered the bigger size since my car has pretty big doors. These are a tad too big but the small would have been way too small. Very easy to install and remove and they don't scratch the tint on my windows!"

"These are nice to have to keep your car door clean. I have two dogs who travel with me many times a week. The door shields were a little tough to get in at first, so you need to put a little effort into getting the plastic pieces in which are about 3" deep. The material is good, kind of like a thin backpack-like material. I was thinking it would be a little thicker for some reason. I have been using them for a few weeks now and overall they're holding up well."

"We have a slightly nuts border collie who races in the car trying to herd the other cars. She shredded the door panels on our old car with her toenails. These door panels seem tough enough to withstand her nails and to protect our door panels. I wish they were a little wider, but they still work well as they are."

"Installed these door guards on my daughters new 09 Honda Fit. I ordered the larger size which was a little wide for this application but the larger size does work better in this car than the smaller ones. This product works as advertised, but could be improved by using a stiffer grade of fabric."

"I have an Acura RDX and my two dogs always scratched and made the doors muddy. I purchased a 26 inch pair, and it covers my door up nicely and stays put. very nice product, I would recommend this to anybody with dogs."

"I have a 2007 Pontiac Torrent, & they fit great! I have black leather interior, & the door area was starting to look a little "scratched up." I used some leather cleaner/protectant & it looks good as new, then I put the Canine Cover over that, so it stays looking new. One suggestion: I wish the covers could be packaged separately, since my dog is in a seatbelt harness, he's one 1 side only."

"I was looking for something to protect the inside of the back doors of my car so I could take my dog with me. When I purchased a hammock the website had a link for the Canine Cover Pet Door Shields to your store. I thought I would give them a try. My husband was skeptical when I told him that I ordered them, but when they arrived he was pleasantly surprised and said, "Hey, they really work!" "They fit the car just right and were easy to install. Only 2 or the 3 plastic tabs fit alongside my window, so the middle tab is not being used but lies flat so it doesn't matter. A very clever product that works well.I got them because my dog likes to rest her head on the arm rest and this leaves a mess. These do the job of protecting the car very well."
