"I searched all over for a product like this and finally found this one at Auto Anything. I have a 2007 Tahoe and purchased the black 26" covers. The size of the covers is perfect, the installation is easy, and the fit is secure. The price of these covers is worth the protection for the doorpanel and armrest against the claws of my two dogs. Dealing with Auto Anything was great too."

Cheaply made, but does the job.....

"I've got a 2008 Scion XB, and ordered the larger size. They were just long enough to fit over the arm rest on the door. I had a little trouble fitting the plastic strips into the window slot. They'll stay in place as long as the window isn't down all the way. They were cheaply made, but I don't have scratches on my door!!!"

"One fine layer of fabric with 3 plastice slides to place in door. Work ok, but $30 is too much money for them."

"I bought the canine covers because My two year old is always spilling her car food over the side and my new interior was paying the price. They look easy to install, but there was one little flap that was stubborn on each side. They do a really awesome job, if the thing that you are protecting against doesnt have opposable thumbs. They are really easy to remove so if you have a smart dog, or are thinking of getting this because of a little one, it may not be the thing for you."

"These are an ok item. They fit perfectly, the color looks good with the interior of my car and I think had the cover actually stayed in place while the window was down and traveling faster than 40 mph that they would work great. I'm not sure if the problem comes from my dog going back and forth from window to window or from the covers not being either weighted or having longer tabs to put in between the door and window. I think I am going to try and modify them like one of the other reviews I read by putting holes it the tabs and using suction cups to attach them to the window. A great idea but it needs some improvement."

"This product is durable, easy to install and covers the door well. My pets know how to slide it over so they can get their paws on the door so I had to attach an extra side of it to my seat hardware. It will also almost blow out the window with all the windows down. Just push it back in place whenever you get in and out of the car, or rig it down like I did and you'll be fine. Best solution out there and looks great."

"Protects the doors well. They can fall out of the window at times. We haven't seen any other products like this for covering the doors so that they don't get scratched."

"At present I have not made up my mind on how good this item is. I have a Choclate Lab and when she gets excited she seems to be able to pull them off the door. I have tried repositioning them and will give it another try."

Pleased with pet door shields.

"I had a little trouble getting the flat plastic strips (3) in between the glass and the rubber weather shield. Fount out it is a lot easier to do if you put the window all the way down first.
The shield moves up a little when the window is all the way up, probably hitting the metal lift mechanism on the bottom of the window, but the shield does syay attached to the window frame and is easily pushed down when the windows are lowered.
Thos is probably the best way to attach it. Provides good protection and is easily switched between vehicles."

"Great idea to protect the doors but if we leave the window down, they fly out when our dog stepped back to center of seat. Our dog loves to hang out the window, but I hate to stop and fetch the covers. I went and bought velcro strips and put them on the bottom corners. It worked for slow speed but I found I need to put a couple more on because we almost had it fly out again. They are srong enough for dog paws but too light for 35-40 mph."

"I picked up the 26" gray colored pet pads for my Nissan Titan. They fit perfectly and the color matched my interior dead on.
I have two Border Collies I take with me wherever I go and needless to say my youngest one gets a bit overzealous. The pet pad protects the door and arm rest great. No slobber, scratch marks, etc.
I've never rolled the windows down that far with them however. I bought a set for my brother's Tacoma (22 inch set) and he mentioned having an issue with rolling the window down to far the pet pad almost blew away.
Great deal for 30$, super fast shipping from Auto Anything!"

"I own a new Subaru Outback and was determined to keep this car as 'new' as possible and that is tough with dogs. I bought liners as well as these door shields. They really do work. I have no issues with putting the windows down and up. They seem to stay in place. Thank you"

"I drive a BMW and they dont fit AT ALL. Maybe its the car or maybe its the product. As of right now they have become a floor mat for when my dog is in the car because they are useless as a door shield. They look great though...just wish they were functional."

"The Canine Covers Pet Door Shields really protect our Toyota Highlander and Prius doors. The tabs are a little hard to fit into the window, but once there, the shields fit well and completely cover the doors."

"I am pleased with the quality of this product. I was using pillow cases that I would push in to the window jam using a flat kitchen knife. These are so much easier to attach and remove. I have recommended these to all of my friends with dogs. I will also purchase again from Auto Anything as the product arrived as promised and the price was below that of other sites."

"I found no problems fitting the tabs of the large size covers into the windows of my '06 Malibu, although they do tend to start working loose if I roll the window up and down several times. (we'll see if this becomes more of a problem, as it is only March now.) They do flap if the windows are all the way down, and I have had one come loose. I agree with other reviewers that it might help if the tabs were longer. Overall they work as advertised, keeping my Lab's slobber and fur off of the inside of my door."
