"The covers are expensive, but they do look nice and seem sturdy. The ones you get at an auto store can tear very easily. They aren't hard to put on, but for the money you pay and the quality you would think they would supply more s-brackets and stretch line to secure the bottom section of the covers. They can slide up on the seat side unless you secure them from the bottom. That was a bit annoying, but the covers are really nice - they look great and are strong."

"Took a little time to get them fitted but mostly because of my confusion. Once I did the first one, the second one went on quickly. I wish they fit a bit better. However, I have never used seat covers and they probably fit as well as any can. All in all I'm very happy with them and would buy Saddleman stuff again if I needed seat covers. By the way, the gray they sell matches the factory Ford gray from the mid 90's very nicely."

"Nice and easy to install. One of the loops was missing on one of the seat pieces, and the velcro was sewn backwards on one of the headrest covers. But overall they are a good buy."

"Ordered these seat covers and liked how they looked right out of the box. Once installed the fit was none other and the look, well it was just like you had been to an upholstery shop but you did it yourself. I have shown these covers off to many of my friends and they like how the look and fit is. I will make other purchases of these style covers for other vehicles I have when the time comes. This is a better alternative than going to the upholstery shop unless you have major problems with other components on your seat. I recommend these seat covers to anyone looking to replace or repair their seats. Chuck"

No Headrest Cover Included.............

"When I originally purchased these seat covers the description stated that headreast covers were included. Upon the covers arriving I found the headrest covers missing. Autoanything contacted the manufacturer and was told that headrest covers did not come with these seat covers. I was extremly disappointed since the seats being replaced were a differnt color than the others and the headrest would stick out like a sore thumb. Autoanything has excellent customer service and refunded my money as well as paid for the return shipping. The description has since been updated to reflect that headrest covers are not included."

"EXCELLENT QUAILTY, EXCELLENT FIT. HAVE ONLY HAD THEM ON FOR ABOUT A WEEK, SO CANNOT ATTEST AS TO WEAR, VERY HAPPY WITH THE FIT AND QUAILTY. A COUPLE OF TIPS FOR INSTALLATION.FIRST TRIED TO INSTALL OVER THE PLASTIC FRAME OF THE SEAT BOTTOM,BUT FOUND THAT THEY INSTALL INSIDE THE PLASTIC FRAME.TO INSTALL THE FLAP ON THE BACK, TIE A HEAVY STRING OR CLOTHSLINE ROPE IN THE EYES,PUSH THE ROPE BETWEEN THE SEAT AND THE BACK, THEN GO TO THE REAR OF THE SEAT AND PULL ON THE ROPES/STRING AND THE FLAP PULLS THROUGH A LOT EASIER.TO PULL THE ELASTIC THAT TIGHTENS THE BOTTOM,TIE A STRING/CLOTHSLINE ROPE ON THE HOOKS,INSTALL A THIN WIRE ABOUT 8 INCHES LONG ON THE END OF THE ROPE.GO BEHIND THE SEAT,LAY A LIGHT(FLASHLITE,ETC)SO YOU CAN SEE THE STRUCTURE OF THE BOTTOM OF THE SEAT.FISH THE WIRE&ROPE/STRING THROUGH,PULL THROUGH THE BOTTOM STRUCTURE OF THE SEAT AND FASTEN AT THE FRONT OF THE SEAT BOTTOM.THE OVERALL FIT IS TIGHT (TAKES SOME PUSHING AND PULLING),BUT THE END RESULT IS VERY SATISFYING."

"I previously had these seat covers on a 97 Silverado pickup with bucket seats and loved them. They kept the grease from work off of my tan velour interior and removed easily to machine wash and air dry while I took a trip. They showed normal wear on the side of the drivers seat after approx. 7 years of use and the interior looked brand new when I sold the truck. The second set was purchased for our daughters 97 Taurus GL to cover some cracked leather seats. I chose these because of my previous experience. The Taurus has plastic covers on the side of the seat and the seat cover would cover these and the recline lever if stretched over the side covers. I tried to tuck the seat cover behind the trim and cut one of the cords on the seat adjusting mechanism trying to keep the controls accessible. I am waiting to see how the cords hold to normal use and if I will be replacing them in the future. Have been on the car for about 1 month now. The photo sent for the review shows the covers over the trim on the side of the seat. If you can live with this, this is an extremely durable cover. If you have power controls and want easy access, you may need to make some modifications."
