CalTrend Tweed Seat Covers Part #[PATTERN]-01TA Customer Reviews
Reviewed by Gene G (Buffalo, NY) Reviewed for a 2000 Ford Explorer — Jun 14, 2012 9:00 PM
I've never liked the stock cloth interior in our Explorer but didn't want leather - so when I came across these covers and the positive reviews I hoped they would be a good solution. The fit I would rate a 9 as it is almost perfect, amazing fit though considering they are covers over the existing seats and not new seat upholstery. I also did a color change from gray to black and I don't think most people will notice that the seats weren't orginally black and that they are gray underneath. I went with the tweed based on what I saw online but I would have liked to been able to see actual samples of the different cloths available but that said, I am happy with the tweed selection. They make a good choice if you want to cover worn or ugly stock seat materials and want a cover that looks like it is a seat from the factory.

I am completely satisfied with the caltrend seat covers. They are well made and easy to install. I honestly did not think they would fit as good as they do. I know they will protect the light colored factory seats for many years to come.
