Took about an hour to install front and rear covers. There were one or two loose threads on the seat surface, easily corrected with scissors. Only cover that is not great is the storage arm rest in the front, the lid will no longer stay closed with the cover installed. It's a tough one to cover, don't know how any cover could be made for it. Don't expect leather or soft cloth like feel for this material, it is rugged and coarse, just what's needed for a active bird dog, or two, or three. Highly recommended if you have pets or kids.
