"I have to say first that I absolutely LOVE my NeoSupreme seat covers. They look great on my 2010 Scion XD. I had been looking for something to brighten up the interior and at the same time protect the original seats and I think it will fill the bill. I'm a piano tech and I'm in and out of my car quite often, eating in it, dragging in snow in the winter (I'm in the N.E.)
However, the directions on how to install are very generalized and I think that Cal Trend needs to look at a way of getting vehicle specific instructions to go with each design. CalTrend was very supportive when I called and put me in touch with the designer who guided me through. It took some real thinking on my part as well. The install was quite different for the top part of the seat since there was a flap on the OEM seat that didn't allow access to pass hooks through between the top and bottom to the back. Instead it had a velcro strip to grab the back of the seat or flap to hold it snug. Unfortunately per instruction, the seat bottom got roughed up a bit by taking the velcro cover off the strip before pushing it through to the back. I was able to put it back on and then take the flap off the seat back, in other words change the order a bit. I'm waiting to hear back from the designer to see if they will replace the seat bottom. If I had to do buy them again, depsite the pain, I probably would, since they are very nicely designed and look like they are OEM." —Michael L from Loudonville, NY bought a CalTrend NeoSupreme Seat Covers for a 2010 Scion xD.
