Covers seemed fine; I was a bit concerned when the first thing I read was a warning to wash them first due to color transfer. There was no diagram to explain how to install the covers--I still don't know if I did it correctly. Very difficult to reach behind the carpeting the Highlander has at the back of the rear seats to try and grasp ties to pull through and under; I literally pulled a muscle in my back. I will seriously hesitate to remove them again for washing, but I put another (loose) cover over the top, so I will simply wash that instead. But #1 purpose was achieved: the dog cannot remove them.
