I am MAD that my seat cover instructions and hardware were not all there. The instructions do not match the seat covers and the straps that connects into the loops are not there. I called about this and was told that they didn't come with the straps. So where do they come from? It shows them. The hooks don't match either. They are so small that it's not possible for them to work. I really wanted these seat covers but I am just mad that you can't buy anything anymore that amounts to anything.
I Can't Believe It's Not Vinyl

The seat covers fit well and installed easily. The claim that they look and feel like leather is false. They look like vinyl, they feel like vinyl and they smell like vinyl. I would have paid less for fabric seat covers had I known.
Old instructions for a new product

Received the covers. They went on pretty easy, but the side hook was hard to attach. The hook on the outside next to the door was missing altogether. When I contacted Coverking, they said that the covers don't come with hooks on the door side anymore, and that you just tuck it into the plastic. the instructions need to be updated and the bottoms of the covers don't fit well.
