Received the rack w/i 3 d despite ordering the wk before Christmas. The slide out feature is essential when using it on a hi clearance car. And the height adjustment is easy to do before the rack is placed on the car. The only thing that could be improved is the nut used to attach the underside of the clamp. The locking serations make it secure easily but the small size makes it difficult to loosen. A wing nut would make it much easier to loosen the ski rack from the roof rack. Otherwise easy to operate, holds 6 pr ski or 4 snowbds or 4 pr ski and poles. Thank u Autoanything"
