The snowboard rack was easier than I thought to install and it looks good.

This is my second INNO rack. Our first is still in use for a 5th consecutive season. Once adjusted for fit, there are no tools necessary for mounting the rack. It can easily be removed and installed in minutes. We routinely carry two sets of skis and two snowboards at the same time and have used it from the Shenandoah Valley to Killington, VT and Colorado. On top of that, INNO customer service has been outstanding.

I spoke with a customer service representative prior to purchasing and he ensured me these racks would fit my car. Not only did they not fit my car properly, they didn't provide the proper size screws. I had to contact the company directly (INNO) and the longer screws were on backorder. I needed to use the roof rack that weekend and paid extra for shipping, so we made it work by basically reconstructing the racks. Way too much work for what was paid. Not happy, but for now it will work.

It was fairly easy to install on my factory racks. Once it is tightened though it is quite difficult to "untighten" so taking it off after the season will be a bit challenging. They work great and easily fit 4 snowboards. My big beef with it is that they sit so high. Definitely not low profile. But I guess I didn't buy them for the looks. They are good quality at a great price. We travel to the slopes 2 x's a week and it's a much better ride with all the gear out of the car.
