It's great, very handy to have, not in the way at all, held 4 snowboards which was great also the shipping was fast and on time.

Bought the INNO Rack as I have the surfboard carrier and like the easy mounting to the crosspiece. I put it on the RHINO Vortex Rack base because I have an Equinox and it's the only affordable base. The rack is a little clunky putting in the piece to help lock it in place but overall it works great. I did have to get longer screws though to make the clamps fit over the RHINO base but it works great.

We need longer carriage bolts to attach the ski rack to our cross bars. We sent an email on Sunday 1/10/16 and haven't heard anything. We bought our 2013 RAV4 in 2015 from a Toyota dealer and the cross bars may be after market cross bars. The problem is that the mounting brackets that attach the cross bars extend pretty far onto the cross bar itself and the ski rack is too long to avoid the cross bars mounting brackets. If the mounting brackets were an inch shorter, the ski rack would fit
