"Perfect fit on my 97 Lexus LS400. I stumbled on the wheelskin googling for steering wheel covers. While I wish I had picked a differenct color, I can't imagine any product that would work this well for this cost. Be sure to wear gloves so you can pull stitches tight. Took me an hour and a half."

"PRO:
The quality of the leather was great.
CON:
The leather underneath the spokes has a bit of slack since its not bounded. Also, I double knotted the end too tight and broke open the knot. Since I already cut the thread to length, I don't have enough thread to reknot and I'm hoping it doesn't unravel."

"I bought my Wheelskin Steering Wheel Cover expecting very little from it's fit and looks. Wow, was I surprised! It fits VERY tightly, looks better than leather wraps installed at most upholstery shops and was EASY to install. I quickly ordered one for my wife and father."

"I had the pleasure of installing a Wheelskin Steering cover on my wheel and I must admit the quality is considerably good. I have installed other wheel covers, and I must admit this one was a bit more involved than an auto parts cover. The overall apperance is very good and I cannot wait to wee if it relieves fatigue in driving. If it helps in hand fatigue, then it is well worth the cost. Thanks to AutoAnything for the prompt delivery and detailed instructions."

"The wheelskin is really a quality product. I was surprised at just how well it looked when I was finished. It looked like a factory leather wheel. I have never sewn a stich in my life but I just took my time and followed the directions and everything looked great when I was done. Installation took me about an hour and a half."

"I ordered a cobalt/black wheelskin and I love the look it adds to the interior of my Focus. It beats buying a whole new steering wheel and it significantly adds to the already custom look I have given the interior with my seat covers, shift knob, etc. It was very much worth buying and looks way better than the cheap universal wheel covers."

"The only thing that I was unhappy about was that the wheel skin was a tiny bit too big. There was a small overlap and I had to start over. I believe that if you made it a bit smaller it would be perfect. I don't believe you will have a problem making it smaller, since the leather stretches anyway. Other than that I'm very happy with it."

"I'm very satisfied with the Wheel Skin item. The steering wheel looks great and the leather has given the interior that NEW CAR SMELL. The install was quick, simple, and only took 45 minutes. I visited auto part retailers in my area and to my surprise there weren't any leather covers available. In the 1990's this was a common shelf item! It is comforting to know great products are readily available via the WEB.
Thanks Auto Anything!

PS. My best friend witnessed the install and requested I order a Wheel Skin for him. Soon he will be enjoying this awesome product."

"I have my wheel skin on for a week now and love it. I read other reviews and knew to keep the lacing tight. The only thing I'd recommend also is to make sure you account for each hole when lacing around the spokes and to make sure it's really tight on the stitches before and after the spokes. My skin is tight on the wheel so I feel I got the lacing right. It wasn't to hard to do and it takes a little over an hour but well worth it."

"Once I received the wheel skin I was excited, until I opened the packaged. Although the wheel skin was of great quality, It just didn't match the color of my interior, it was a tad bit too dark and I did not agree with the color of the thread. Other than that it was a great quality skin, and if it did go with my interior I most definately would have used it. I will still recommend it for anyone, but it was just not for me on this particular vehicle."

"I'm very pleased with the Wheel Skin steering wheel cover. I spent a couple hours installing the cover and only had a couple of incidents where the waxed twine tried to knot as I pulled it through the holes. It looks and feels great on my old 300ZX Turbo."
