Nice quality leather, looks great and is a perfect match. Some reviews talk about how easy it was to install. Others tell you how difficult. What I will say is leave yourself enough time and work at it and you won't be disappointed. I made a few mistakes and had to back up and correct; but now it's on, perfect and looks professional.

The cover was a breeze to install . After a week the cover started to come apart where the factory sewed it together. Called and told them and they r sending me a new cover .

It's probably early for rave reviews, but if the installation process and the outcome @ this point are an indicator, it's a hit. I'll echo the advise of others...take your time, do it right & it'll look great, not to mention feel great when you're driving.

Used this to cover the worn leather Nardi wheel that came on my '01 Miata. Installation was a little tedious but worth the effort to do right. Finished product looks great. Not quite OEM but much better than the faded and scratched original.

The Wheelskin Leather Steering Wheel Cover for my Ford F150 truck was the quality I expected it to be. It feels very supple and comfortable and inviting to the touch. A vast improvement over the original equipment plastic steering wheel that was beginning to degrade and fall apart. Color choice was perfect. Took a lot of effort to install, but it was worth it, and gave good job satisfaction. Some have complained they broke their needles. I think they're using them to pry with and shouldn't

Question about sizing options

I have a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee overland. The steering wheel has wood grain at the top. This makes the circumference measurement 4.5" for the top and 4.25" for the rest of the wheel. The standard cover for the Jeep is 15.25" x 4.25". Is it possible to order cover that is 15.25x4.5"

Wheelskins for Lexus?

Do you have a Wheelskins Leather Steering Wheel Cover for an RX350 Lexus 2012 (black or dark grey leather)? Thanks.

Staff Answer

Hello. Thank you for your inquiry about a wheelskins steering wheel cover for your RX350. The 2012 and 2011 models use the same steering wheel. It is possible to order this item as 2011 and get the correct item. This will hold true to most items for the 2012 but not all, as there were some engine changes and a new appearance package. There are a few choices for color and style of steering wheel cover. They are:
Single color, Two Tone, and With Perforations Single Color or Two Tone.

Hi Bob, yes, they are handcrafted from genuine leather, and the finish gives them a slight sheen, but they certainly look like leather.

Hey Joe, We don't currently have an instruction sheet for downloading. Maybe somebody from the community can comment on their experience with the install. Most of what I've read in the Customer Reviews says it's pretty straightforward and a lot like sewing with a needle. Thanks, Rob
