Wheelskins Leather Steering Wheel Covers Reviews

Great Cover.

I recently purchased and installed one of your wheelskins on my 1990 Cadillac. I looks great and wasn't very difficult to install since a know little to none about sewing. The instructions were simple and the cover fits tight and looks great. I spent a lot of money on other wheel covers that didn't last very long but this one seems to be of very high quality and I'm expecting it to last a long, long time. Thanks, Mark, Shreveport, LA

Awseome

This is my second Wheel skins cover for this vehicle. The first one lasted about 6 years/160,000 miles. The color started to wear off a little I recall it being super easy to stitch on. If you pull the thread tight and create the faux stitches in front of the steering wheel spokes as instructed, it looks like it is the original wheel leather and not a cover. They have a method of reinforcing the holes so that you can pull on the thread super hard and it wont rip. Awesome!

Fine leather wheel cover

Reviewed By Tom F (FRANKLIN, NC) Reviewed for a 2000 Jeep Wrangler —6/21/2016 3:48 AM

I did some shopping and found Wheel Skins got the best rating & used real leather. I found the best price on AutoAnything, Free and fast shipping. It took 2 hours, a few mistakes and back tracking to tighten up some loose stiches. It looks good and feel great. Instructions emphasize to pull it tight and I agee. How tight? Keep working with it until the edges meet. I was not able to make the two spoke sections of the steering wheel look decent. Afraid I might tear the leather. Otherwise great!
