Lumina Wheelskins Steering Wheel Cover

Reviewed By Carl E (Waco, TX) Reviewed for a 1995 Chevy Lumina —4/4/2008 8:37 AM

The wheelskin cover was as advertized, it installed in a reasonable amount of time, and fits well. However, upon closer inspection (after installation. . .sadly), it has a noticeable 1 inch blemish (probably a scar caused by barbed wire in the original hide from which the cover was made) right at eye level at the top of the steering wheel :( Had I inspected the cover more closely before installation, I could have installed the cover so the blemish was on the back side of the steering wheel(from the drivers point of view). Summing up: the covers are nice but not perfect.

Finally a cover that fits!

Reviewed By Robert E (Ridgecrest, CA) Reviewed for a 2007 Ford F-150 —5/24/2017 12:29 PM

I am so pleased with this cover, I could shout for joy! I have wasted tons of money buying covers that just don'the fit the f150 wheel, which I find is 16". This cover fits perfectly if you order the 15.5 to 16" size. It slid on with just minimal effort and is very stylish and comfortable to the hands. If you have a Ford f150, this is the right cover for you. Be sure to get the right size.

Not all steering wheels are 'universal'

Reviewed By Susan S (SHELBY TOWNSHIP, MI) —5/19/2017 4:12 PM

I do not like plastic steering wheels! Purchased a Prius and the first thing I did was buy a cover from a retail auto chain. When I returned it, I got the "it should be warmed up" schpeel. I am soooo glad my only option was to lace. It takes patience & concentration to do. You don't have to be afraid to pull it tight (to get the sides butted together) for a nice seam. You'll get the factory look and feel. Not bad for a woman! :D
