Wheelskins Leather Steering Wheel Covers Reviews

Wheelskin adds nice feel

Reviewed By Gordon M (Lafayette, LA) Reviewed for a 2000 Chrysler Town and Country —11/25/2007 7:20 AM

I got the wheelskin to cover up the stock "leather" stearing wheel cover. I'm not sure what the stock one is made of but it turned black and started to rub off (tan is its stock color). The wheelskin feels great and was easy to put on. It does take about an hour just like the directions said. I used to the sand color for my tan colored interior. It seemed the closest although it is a bit lighter than the original. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because it doesn't cover the spoke leather sections. It would be nice if they made custom cut skins to fit the stock wheels that would cover the spokes like the original. It looks pretty good though and it is alot nicer than the slip on cover I used for a while. The leather is soft and smooth and feels great!

Gripping

This item is of good quality material, is functional, fits great and looks great. Installation was a breeze and when in use gives a tactile and relaxing feeling as well as relief any anxiety over safety or slippage. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone needing an inexpensive upgrade to a deteriorating steering wheel cover.

Like a new steering wheel

Reviewed By cary h (Columbus, IN) Reviewed for a 2007 Mercedes-Benz R-Class —8/25/2015 8:05 PM

I could not be happier with my purchase. I used this to cover an old leather steering wheel that had become sticky and started to fall apart. One tenth the price of a new steering wheel, but avhieved nine tenths of the result.
